2. Personalization & Order Accuracy
- Customer Responsibility: For all custom and personalized items (such as custom name journals, tech sleeves, pillows, and stockings), it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure all names, initials, spellings, and submission text are correct at checkout.
- Production Policy: We print exact text as submitted. The French Quarter Coquette New Orleans is not responsible for replacements or refunds due to customer typographical or spelling errors.
3. Pricing & Modifications
- Price Adjustments: All product prices, shipping rates, and promotional discounts listed on our storefront are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
