📦 Processing & Production Times
- Standard Items: Non-personalized items ship within 3–4 business days.
- Personalized & Made-to-Order Items: Custom journals, stockings, pillows, and apparel require extra care. Please allow 5–9 business days for production before shipment.
- Please note: Processing and production times may extend during peak holiday launch seasons.
đźšš Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We ship all packages from our fulfillment centers using reliable ground carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Standard Shipping: From 3.99-$5.99
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after the package leaves the facility.
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent automatically as soon as your label is printed.
đź“Ť Address Corrections & Delivery Issues
- Double-Check Your Details: Please verify your shipping address at checkout, especially when ordering custom gifts. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has shipped.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you cannot locate your box, check with neighbors or your local carrier branch first. The French Quarter Coquette Shop is not liable for missing packages once marked delivered by the carrier. However, my policy is to help you and assist in anyway I can.
